Meetings with Upper and Middle Management

Incentivate and strengthen middle and upper management by biblical principles in the businesses.

Objetives:
A)	Organize and invite management level personnel to workshops where input by invited speakers and discussion times encourage closer bonds among managers.
B)	• Encourage communication between VPs and managers with presentations and plenary sessions led by invited speakers in Light of the Bible, ethics, and the law. • Persuade management to see the competition not as an enemy, but rather as someone who helps us grow. • Gain the support of middle and upper management for the Business Chaplaincy programs.
