In the first place we see our role in
pastoral training as teaching how businesses
are structured and organizad. With the
experience of interesting models from
the business world we have tools which
can strengthen the structural aspect
of churches.

We aim to bring churches and businesses
closer together in order to help employees
find a church home in their town.

We seek to gain the support of local
pastors for the Business Chaplaincy
programs.
